We had bought a car from Duncan before and dealt with Mike Procaccio. I sent him an email and he immediately responded and set up a time to test drive. Unfortunately, he wasn't available that day and set us up with Ben Lucking. Ben was great and took excellent care of us. We arrived at the dealership to find Mr. Lucking waiting for us and he had the car pulled around ready for us to immediately test drive. Mr. Procaccio was in training that day at the dealership but came down every chance he had to make sure we had all we needed. New 2016 Honda Odyssey I have been looking for a 2016 Odyssey Touring Elite for quite some time to replace a 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite. I wanted the Burgundy with Beige In I have been looking for a 2016 Odyssey Touring Elite for quite some time to replace a 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite. I wanted the Burgundy with Beige Interior and asked Duncan to try to find one or order one for me. Gary Duncan asked Chris Dudash to work with me and it took several months, but we found what we wanted and took delivery on 6/15/2016. I appreciate Chris finding what I wanted. The sales experience was excellent and took very little time to make and close the deal. I have taken my other Hondas to Christiansburg ( I live 35 miles away) for service since 2013 and find that their service department is really good. I like dealing with Mike Williams and Brandon in service. More
