Did my research online first so I would know the value of my trade and would be well versed in what I was looking for. They directed me to the exact model I was wanting (an HR-V) and let me drive it without my trade and would be well versed in what I was looking for. When I decided to purchase, they made the process smooth and allowed me to see various breakdowns with and without options and extras. They let me be the sole decision maker and never pushed anything on me. The one thing that did annoy me was the refusal to remove the destination fee, which I've always managed to get removed on all of my four previous new vehicles. I really wanted the vehicle, though, so I didn't argue too much. Overall, it was a friendly and efficient process. I would certainly visit this dealership again. More

Absolutely my best experience at a dealership! I drove to Christiansburg for their prompt service and fair pricing on replacing my Honda CRV's timing chain. The work was completed in one day and my engine is running like it was new again and they fixed my air conditioner which a local garage had been trying to fix for several years. I wanted so to buy a honda, and decided against doing it here. I must say that the quality of the dealership customer service is much to be desired, and it has seen better days. They dont seem not very invested in attracting customers, and I had a constant nagging feeling that they thought they were doing me a favour when they answered a question. This used to be a good place, but not so much now. And to top that off, reading out a list of things(from a plastic-roller-desk-like thing that they dont do and do when selling a car felt like instructions for some high-schoolers and insulting and completely detached. Just awful. The duncan owners need to retrain their agents, or they will lose more business. More

I was traveling north on I-81 when my check engine light started blinking. I called Duncan's Hokie Honda, which was the closest to my present location. They promise free state inspections when you purchase from them. We called to get an inspection scheduled for September. We were told a service manager would call and try to work something out. After calling multiple times and relaying our issues with their online chat representatives multiple times, we have heard nothing. We were told with each conversation that a service manager would contact us. They don’t answer their phones half of the time. We ended up calling Shelor, one of their competitors, spoke with a person on the first call, and had our car inspected within 5 days. Quick and efficient. Nothing like the lack of service at Duncan. We have purchased cars from Duncan for decades. We will no longer be a customer. More
