Predatory sales tactics! Don't go in with a large sum of cash for a down payment - they end up with tunnel vision wanting that cash and sign deals they can't "sell" to a finance company. My brother told the salesman upfront that he only had a Texas ID - he was working on getting his DL cleared up (Texas had a surcharge policy in place that they've since abolished) and provided them with a copy of that ID. The salesman told him that they could handle it "no problem" and told him that "people own vehicles without having a drivers license all the time" so he gave them EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS as a cash down payment. He left in the truck and 30 days later called the company listed on his contract to make his first payment. They told him he wasn't in their system and they would have to check into it and call him back. Neither Duncan Ford nor the company they listed on the paperwork as the finance company contacted him - the date rolled around for the second payment and again he called the finance company - and again he was told they had no account for him. He called me to help him figure it out and when I called the finance company - they explained that the dealership "had the file" - so I called and spoke to the salesman who sold the truck. His response is "oh yeah, they couldn't finance him so we are trying to find another company to buy the deal, we will call you or your brother back and let you know." 15 days later - no call - so I called them. Oops - they forgot and by the way "return the truck" they failed to inform anyone that the deal had not funded - they failed to transmit tags - they FAILED to do anything RIGHT. Now they are suing him for repossession (yep - they want to keep the $8k) oh did I mention that they NEVER CONTACTED HIM OR ME AS HIS POA AT ALL - NO PHONE CALLS, LETTERS, NOTHING. ALL contact was initiated by my brother or myself - until he was served with their lawsuit....which we will answer in court!! BUYER BEWARE!! BAIT AND SWITCH!! More

Great experience with Wes Wes was very friendly right from the start. He met us on the lot with a smile, didn't hesitate to get a tag so we could test drive the vehicle.
