I usually work with Phillip or Charlie in service. The customer service is always stellar (I only say this because I’ve been to other dealerships in the Bay Area during my 40 years of driving VW’s). We go there for a lower payment we left with a same payment vehicle. The vehicle is amazing but the salespeople and finance people are crooks. We left few days earlier with a 39 month lease a d a good payment. Calls us back and tells us we needed to change terms and payment this was all after an a contract was signed. Better business Bureau will be notified regarding this situation. Buyer beware! Paiman, promised a great deal and acted like he was the victim from the other sales people and management when all along he was that conniving sneaky salesperson that you would try to avoid. Telling us his stories of being honest and to the point. Crooks, major crooks. I'd look elsewhere if you're interested in a Volkswagen. Dublin volkswagen is total incompetent! More
