Their sales team will lie to make the sale. We did a lease purchase and just before we were closing they told us we MUST buy "excess wear and tear" for $1500. It clearly states in the contract that this is optional. Also, sales team made us purchase a $1500 autobutler service that we kept saying no to - I was told we would get vouchers that we can use. But we go none, when we called they said yah, you just get 2 autobutler service per year included. Beware of what the sales team tells you. We were in a rush to pick up kids so ended up giving in after spending almost 4-5 hrs at the dealership. More
