Waste of time Hi, I had taken an appointment for my Infiniti car at 10:45 AM yesterday (1/3/2020) and left the car at the dealership for 6 hours. On my way back Hi, I had taken an appointment for my Infiniti car at 10:45 AM yesterday (1/3/2020) and left the car at the dealership for 6 hours. On my way back to pick up my car, I was told that the service technicians did not have time to look at the car. My service advisor did apologize for this problem. This was the first time I had come to this Infiniti service center - very disappointing first time experience. For all my previous Infiniti service appointments at the other Infiniti dealerships, I was given a loaner Infiniti car if the service was going take longer than a couple of hours. I was not offered a loaner car for the first time. Instead of the loaner car, I was dropped off to my office and picked up from office by your shuttle which much more time consuming but still I appreciate the effort, Infiniti is a premier/luxury brand and needed to do more than just an apology for a lot of inconvenience and waste of my time. Hopefully this feedback will be taken constructively and will help improve the customer service in future. Regards, - AM More

took way too long I brought my car in at 8:30am for a service appointment. The first service person was too busy with paperwork and he passed me onto Louis. Louis mad I brought my car in at 8:30am for a service appointment. The first service person was too busy with paperwork and he passed me onto Louis. Louis made sure I had his number, said he would call to let me know what was wrong with my car. At 1:15 I call Louis to find out what's wrong with my car, he says there are three cars in front of me. He said he would call me back when he knew more. 10 minutes later he calls back to say what's wrong with my car and they need to get the part from Concord. He says the car will not be ready until tomorrow morning around 10a. Next day, he calls at 10:45 to say the car was ready. What I am most disappointed by is the fact that even though I brought my car in at 8:30 with an appointment, it took me to call and to get a call back at 1:25p to finally know what was wrong with it. If this was detected soon, or if I were called sooner, maybe my car would've been done the same day and I could've driving my kids to school instead of being without a car in the morning. The point of bringing a car in at 8:30a is the hope it will be done by the end of the day. The positives though, I appreciate that my car was done as close to 10a that was promised. I appreciate that warranty's were looked up. There were other minor annoyances by this visit, too much to write. But overall, for spending over $1200 to get my car fixed, service could've been MUCH better. More

I brought my car in that I have only had for a month. There is a creaking noise that sounds like it is coming from the door or sunroof. They had my car for a week until I called to check in. My advisor Jesse said the tech doesn't hear the noise and to stop by to drive with him. I came immediately and we did not hear the noise and I was advised by the tech that he did pop the door panel back in place so I thought the problem was fixed because it was loose before He did say he could hear noise from the sunroof but that he checked it out and it was fine. I was advised by jesse that they will detail my car and I can pick it up later. I picked up my car and noticed when I drove home some discoloration on the inside of the car that I thought was just dust and it does not come off. It looks like bleach spots. I called jesse in the morning and he said to bring it in right away. Jesse tried to clean it with multiple products and it did not come off. He advised me that they do not detail the inside of cars but I told him my car did not look like that before and since it is not coming off it looks like a chemical was used and ruined my car. He took pictures and said he would escalate to the service director and wait 24 hours. It has been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. I have tried to call and leave a message and my husband has tried to reach a manager and we have heard nothing. Also my car is still making noise. So it is bad enough that the problem was not fixed, my interior was ruined and I cant get my calls returned . It feels like they dont care and I have been nice through the whole process. More
