Replace engine oil They brought the paper to sign on the estimate with $200 inspection fee for engine light inspection. I told them I did not want engine light inspectio They brought the paper to sign on the estimate with $200 inspection fee for engine light inspection. I told them I did not want engine light inspection. So, they are supposed to bring an estimate with the only engine oil but they brought engine oil with engine light inspection fee. I had to tell them to remove engine light inspection fee several times on the estimate. I don't like to recommend this service center to anybody. More

Not sure if they were short staffed or what . . . customer service was not to a level of other Cadillac dealerships. Had to bring the car back to fix something that was an easy thing to check if it customer service was not to a level of other Cadillac dealerships.
