First service to my new vehicle I had a Honda Pilot before I bought the Chevy Tahoe. I was always greeted with a happy face at Honda. Here I had to go into the service center, find someone to help me, people doing other things and not noticing me. I had an appointment. I didn't feel important. No one really greeted me. I finally got "I'll be with you in a few minutes." Not a Hello and welcome to Chevrolet..What can we do for you today? Secondly I told the service tech that I had purchased the service plan. I'm excited about not paying for any service for 100,000 miles. He blew it off and said the first service is always covered anyway. He said this a few times. I felt as if he talked down to me because I am a woman. They took care of a recall item. They did the first service. I'm having a few problems with the key fab, I asked for a battery replacement. They said both were working fine. I still have the same problems. I still think the batteries might be low. I hope that is the problem, something simple. Every time I took my Pilot to Honda the service people had my vehicle cleaned. Here I was disappointed I had to take it to the car wash afterwards. I will try taking my vehicle to San Jose where I purchased it for any future service. I hope they treat me as well as they did when I purchased the Tahoe. More
