Excellent, timely, professional response for online purchase During COVID shelter-in-place, we shopped online and found the car we wanted. We got immediate feedback from Karina and within 2 days had the car at our front door step, which was 1.5 hours away for a test drive. Karina was AWESOME! So friendly and very quick to answer my text messages and when we said we would like to make an appt to come see the car, she said we can bring it you!! No pressure, no "get this and get that" experience. Patient, flexible, and most importantly very friendly to work with at all levels from Karina to the Finance Manager to the guys who drove the car to our house with masks ON. Upon exiting the vehicle they wiped it down and just let us take our time. Fantastic experience given it was all virtual until we test drove the car and signed papers! Very pleased! More
Purchased a CPO Chevy Colorado in Feb 2020 (Pre-Covid-19) Not a great experience, Found the car on line, showed up for a test ride, Sales Rep did not know much about the truck, CPO coverage, etc. Never gave a Not a great experience, Found the car on line, showed up for a test ride, Sales Rep did not know much about the truck, CPO coverage, etc. Never gave a business, card, couldn't tell you his name today. Had to stop at the gas station to fill up before a test ride could begin. Came to an agreement on price pretty quick, but waited at least 1.5 hours for finance rep to show up available. Crazy!! The real upsetting part was at the final handoff, the Sales Rep hands me one Key/Fob and says thanks. I ask where the other key is for my wife and he says, Oh, you can buy another key, I will let you use my discount, What???? Why are you telling me this now. I would have worked this in for free as part of the purchase. Called Cust Serv, Kash Rana, the next day and they said it was not there issue but they would take care of this as a special circumstance.... 2 months later, sitting in BDC Dept, nothing has happened. Empty promises. Today, after 60 days / 600 miles the transmission is now slipping on the truck. Remember this is a CPO truck and now the transmission is failing which I now see online is a common issue with this model. No one advised me of this ongoing issue and my risk at purchase. All in all, a very unhappy experience that still continues to be an issue with my new trans issue. Lets see how this plays out and the support / service I get on the transmission and if I every get my free second key/fob Mr. Unhappy More

I had two issues one with a bad condenser on my A/C unit and my key fobs didn't work unless right next to the car. I brought the car in previously for the key fobs and the technician replaced the batteries. I showed him a video I had taken that morning to unlock my car and he said would get it figured out. Sure enough he did and my AC now blows cold and my key fobs work like a charm. Thank you Louis! More
