Great Customer Service I brought my 2017 Chevy Volt in for warranty work. The parts were ordered and service date set by Louis. The warranty work was performed quickly and I brought my 2017 Chevy Volt in for warranty work. The parts were ordered and service date set by Louis. The warranty work was performed quickly and I was notified immediately. Louis let me know that there was an unfortunate accident where the mechanic damaged my windshield during warranty repairs. Louis quickly arranged for a rental car and handled the repair. Louis also found a nail in my tire and repaired in complementary. He also arranged for wiper blades for the new windshield. Vehicle worst than when I brought it in I brought it in because I had CEL on and was getting code "P0301". I brought it in to the service center and paid $185 for a diagnostic. Now, when I b I brought it in because I had CEL on and was getting code "P0301". I brought it in to the service center and paid $185 for a diagnostic. Now, when I brought it there, the engine was showing Low Compression, but it still drove ok, but had a slightly rough idle. But, when I left, the car started to sputter, the CEL started flashing and the "Service Stabilitrak" light came on. I was barely able to accelerate on the freeway, and it felt like it was going to cut off. I let 2 other mechanics touch it to diagnose, and my car still drove ok after they ran tests. I feel like my car was sabotaged in order to make me leave it at the dealer so they could charge me $6300 to just fix the Piston, or almost $7000 to drop a re-manufactured engine. The car is only valued at $14,000. That is almost half of the value of the car, which the charges were mostly labor. I really never trusted the Dealer when it comes to servicing a vehicle, unless under warranty. And this visit re-affirmed my fears!!! More
