Infiniti Came up from Pismo beach area after talking to Max about a 2019 QX80. The 101 was shut down in most parts so it took us about 6hrs to get up there. Max had texted to see how far away we were and I told him 20min away. We got there, the showroom was a mess! Water bottles all over and food on the floor, Not a good start. Max was on a car run, we waited for him for about 20min. He come greets us and was like well white or black? Not both cars offer xxx features and this and that etc. like I was wasting his time. Then we choose the color and wanted to go eat while the papers were being done (we’ve been on the road for 6 hours and we’re starving) we left and came back...No Max..the people at the dealership were even asking where he was and why he was gone so long for a fill up. We ate and signed our paperwork before he was back. I would not go back, or recommend this dealership. I’ve not told anyone that I even bought a new car cause it’s had to get excited, yea I got a new beautiful car but the experience was crap. More
