The staff was nice, but I feel that they would do better to reduce the number of people that you have to deal with to get the purchase completed. Also, Ithey had a problem figuring the amount of taxes for m to reduce the number of people that you have to deal with to get the purchase completed. I provided a link to the statute explaining how a tag transfer works but they required me to pay the extra tax stating that once the car was registered any overpayment will be refunded. We'll see. My husband and I used this place because he is out of town a lot and the time to shop for a car is hard to come by. We found a car - promised multiple delivery dates. Oh and the stress of them telling us our cell verification was 200 miles from home had to have a manager call but never did, forgetting the details of job changes, our income was not verified via W-2’s. We couldn’t secure the car without a deposit RIGHT away. We got 3 different dates for “pickup” of the car and none of those were true. Scheduled delivery from a local dealership and well I took an hour off of work to be here and it’s not here. Got 2 emails and a text for delivery - nothing. Called the local Lithia dealership and they can’t find the car. So shocking. Stay away from this place! They promise everything and deliver trash. Sitting here just wondering what the car is going to be like…probably infested with needles and has a salvage title. This place is a joke. More
