We do not have the bandwidth to process DMV paperwork inhouse and use a third party for this portion. It is our understanding that you were notified on January 2 by our team member Monica that the paperwork was submitted and estimated completion/delivery for the title and registration would be 4-6 weeks. No issues with getting the car bought and taking my money but I now have no Title or registration and the car is in the shop and the warranty company will not get it fixed. Will NEVER buy a car thru Driveway More

I spoke to Christina last week and she told me I should be getting my dmv paperwork in the mail last week and I still have nothing. My lienholder also still doesn’t have the title. I could take care of the registration and plates myself if driveway would just send my lienholder the title. Ive been paying for these vehicle for months and my lender still does not have the title.

Here we are again. Another 4 weeks have gone by since 01/25 when our paperwork was submitted again only to find out for our local tax accessor that driveway submitted a title for the wrong freaking vehicle. All we need is the correct title to our tax accessor. Who knows if driveway even has it at this point. So now our temp plates are expired by 4 months going on 5 due to a complete lack of urgency and attention to detail.

Same customer service xx responses without any actual solutions. Even your supervisor hasn’t been able to make this a fast transaction. I’ll just get transferred to some supervisor and it’ll be the same crap. And I’ll wait another week. I could walk into any dealership and it would take an hour.
