My sales agent Imani was incredible. She went over and beyond during this entire transaction. She stayed late, she followed up, and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I purchased an IS 350 F sport with a sunroof and no damage. What I received was a IS 350 F sport with no sunroof and damage to the front passenger side fender and rim. I did a trade-in as well and they did not deliver the car to my house like explained. I had to pick it up from a local dealer which told us they had no order to pick up the trade in. It’s now five days later and my trade-in is still sitting at my house. I’m extremely disappointed about the sunroof and the damage and yes I can send the car back but at my cost. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle without seeing it first. I gave three stars merely because my representative Imani was outstanding. More

Very poor communication. And it took longer than 14 days to get the car. After they got the money, I had to initiate everything as far as communication. And they gave me a 12 day tag, so now I have to hid to get the car. After they got the money, I had to initiate everything as far as communication. I can say the fast same day minutes later approval was good tho. More
