After a week, several calls with no resolution. I finally spoke with a customer service rep( KJ) that actually tried to help me get my refund. Today I spoke with Elias and he actually did resolve my issue right away. There was so many things that went wrong with this experience. I’m glad that Elias was able to help resolve it. When I was making this transaction, the manager was texting and calling me and stayed in communication but as soon as I requested my refund, I heard not one single word not even an update, so thanks Elias for actually caring about resolving this for me and understanding Customer Service is a very important part of any business.

My car never got delivered because it was damaged. I was able to work with Dwayne on getting a refund because the car sold had a damage on the dashboard. I am very skeptical about the entire process of getting a refund for my down payment in the amount of $15,000 timely. I will be lucky to get out of this transaction peacefully. Will post progress on social media

The company did contact me to follow up based on my review post here not based on providing good follow up in general. They refunded my $500 deposit. I was told they will follow up to make sure my loan has not been funded and to return my $15000 payment after I told the representative about my concerns. It has been nearly 48 hours and no follow up. I am also posting this review elsewhere too to make sure people understand driveway’s business model

I recieved a call from Eli from customer experience. He told me he hasn’t gotten a firm Update yet. He will circle back with me today. I said i understand it can be difficult because driveway.com is a big entity but I also understand my consumer rights. He said to me ‘you don’t need to threaten me’. This is highly offensive when I threaten no one and I hope my call was recorded. I am just simply asking for an update on when I would expect my 14500 dollars of down payment for a service or product I never received would be returned. I don’t think I am be unreasonable so I don’t need to have verbal altercations with me. I really hope my conversations are recorded because I am nothing but pleasant on the phone

I finally received my refund check today 4/10/23. Eli from customer experience did follow up with me on this. I think without his help there would be further delays in refund of my down payment. Just glad to close this process

Given that it was shipped from our selling store in Michigan, the vehicle did not arrive to the hub near you until 3/13.
