By submitting your credit application, you authorize us and our affiliates to present your application to lenders to identify your best fit with the most favorable loan terms at that time. Each lender has its own way of evaluating your application. This may include reviewing your file from a credit bureau, in which case, a credit inquiry will appear from that lender. Credit bureaus count most scores with multiple inquiries in a short period as only one inquiry. Bureaus will list out all of the inquiries on your file for two years, for record-keeping, but generally, the impact on your score behaves as one credit inquiry.
