The entire process was very easy, you add all the information to your online account and get clear transparent pricing for your trade-in. I couldn’t get an option to change my appointment because when you try to call in they keep transferring you to another department but at end of the day I ended up keeping the original appointment and made it work and the whole process was easy. I worked with Driveway after getting multiple quotes from other companies (Shift/Carmax/KBB/etc) and Driveway beat the competitors by far on offering price to sell them my vehicle. I am out of their market area but they were still able to work with me efficiently to sell my vehicle. My advisor Kayleen was very thorough explaining the process and timeline estimate and what was needed. They sent the paperwork to me overnight with paid shipping return with tracking so I could ensure the documentation got back safely. The payment was in my account before the estimated 3-5 business days and they worked with me to get my vehicle picked up as soon as possible before I was out of town. The one area of improvement I would recommend is adding in a verification to check with the customer of where the paperwork should be sent as they sent it to my old address on accident. This was quickly rectified as they immediately sent me another copy of the paperwork which arrived the next morning by UPS next day air. Other than that minor hiccup, the process was smooth and easy! I made my deposit on feb 26th got car mar 16.
