I am completely impressed with Driveway’s service and thoroughness. Driveway offered me more than Carmax, Carvana, KBB, and dealerships. I was skeptical but the payment literally went through within minu thoroughness. Driveway offered me more than Carmax, Carvana, KBB, and dealerships. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I had a few hiccups on my end that they walked me through. I did not have to wait long for responses. I work in the medical industry and cannot have my phone on me to talk in front of patients. They were able to assist through all of this via text and email. The pick up of the vehicle was so smooth. It took no more than 10 minutes. Jennifer the valet who picked up the vehicle was very friendly and definitely modeled how great and easy it was to work with Driveway.
