I have been in communication with the CustomerCare general mailbox and, as a result, with several team members previously. This may be the first time the person at Driveway responsible for online feedback, website complaints, etc. has heard of my experience, but I assure you it is not anywhere close to the “initial visibility” into my circumstance. I am not interested in yet another exercise in futility by emailing customer “care” and not receiving a response back. I will await further advice from my attorney. Too little, too late.

Anne has not been helpful at all in fact she stopped responding altogether. Luckily I was able to have my case escalated to her superior Christina. I still do not have the car title and as of today August 22 the vehicle can no longer be driven legally. Christina was able to arrange for a rental which Driveway is paying for until I receive the proper paperwork to legally operate the vehicle. I am cautiously optimistic that Christina will come through as she has been attentive, quick to respond and eager to assist unlike any of the other employees I have dealt with. I will continue to give updates as I proceed.
