Excellent in processing the order, quick turn around time, good communication. My new car was in my driveway within 2 weeks from signing the paperwork. There was some undisclosed damage to the car and a time, good communication. My new car was in my driveway within 2 weeks from signing the paperwork. There was some undisclosed damage to the car and after talking to Eli Flores from Driveway the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. More

The vehicle came from california too Pennsylvania, california dosen't offer out of state temp tags and Pennsylvania wont issue anything without a title. I've spoken too many customer service representatives that just give u a runaround. As of today my dmv paperwork is supposed too be getting worked on and should be done 1-2 weeks I've tried to getting updated on this too see if they could call 3rd party doing the work on the dmv registration they claim they can't until 2 weeks has elapsed. I've had a vehicle I couldn't drive for a entire month and have a payment and car insurance that I believe driveway should be responsible for. I was told possibly about a rental a couple weeks ago but that was another lie from this company. I also gad to drive vehicle illegally to get a vin verification on the vehicle. I also believe my 7 day return is void because I can't even test the vehicle out. This company is horrible stay clear away from them.... More
I am attempting to purchase a car through them right now, and the experience has been very stressful. I feel like they took my money and ran, with little disregard to the consumer. My “sales agent” has not returned a message in over a week. A supervisor reached out a week ago via text, and since have also not had a response back. The only competent member of driveway that I have dealt with is the delivery team. They have been very communicative and helpful. I was supposed to have documents overnighted out today for me to sign, and now the contracting agent is conveniently out of office, even though she is the one that said she would be mailing them. At this rate I will have made my first car payment before I physically have the vehicle. I feel very scammed. More
It was a little stressful at first reading all these reviews about people having trouble with their tags. I felt like I was another victim of this situation when my truck was delivered without even temp reviews about people having trouble with their tags. I felt like I was another victim of this situation when my truck was delivered without even temp tags. At the end of the day, Jacob at dealer and McQuade at the call center really took care of me. It was more a patience game at the end of day, but well worth the purchase. Truck was delivered very clean and accurate to the online description. Knock on wood, have not had any problems since the purchase (almost 3 months ago). I think when it comes down to it, because these vehicles are sold from one state and delivered to another, interstate DMV laws differ so much that some things may be missed, causing a delay in paperwork transactions. I own a vehicle that I can not drive! It has been 2 months since I purchased the vehicle. The state from which I bought it has given me 2 temporary tags, and both have expired. My sta It has been 2 months since I purchased the vehicle. The state from which I bought it has given me 2 temporary tags, and both have expired. My state, IN, can't give me a temporary tag because DRIVEWAY.COM sent my title and registration paperwork to a "3rd party company in New York". So, I am now stuck with a vehicle that I can't drive for another 3-6 weeks, until all the paperwork processes. This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed. I had even asked about this situation before buying my vehicle (after seeing some similar reviews online) and was told that this problem was only in California, and I would not have any problems in Indiana. Wrong! Stay away from DRIVEWAY!! More
Avoid at all costs! Yes the prices are great and they will pay you a ton for your trade in, but the only time you will ever get even somewhat decent customer service Yes the prices are great and they will pay you a ton for your trade in, but the only time you will ever get even somewhat decent customer service is when you are in the process of buying/selling a vehicle. Once the transaction goes through you will be stuck calling into or texting the support numbers and will talk to a new person every time. They constantly claim that they cannot find your order/transaction. You will never be able to talk with a manager or supervisor that actually has access to anything more than the first person you get ahold of when calling. Specifically, I traded in a car and got a new car. The first car that I chose was taken off the market because of an engine issue found during inspection (how was it not inspected somehow before being put up for sale?). Anyway that was 8 months ago and the down-payment I made for that first car has still not been refunded even though I was told it would be taken care of right away. The original person who was working with me on the purchase has not responded to any correspondance since the week after the deal was made. The car we sold went smooth enough at one of their sister dealerships where we dropped it off and we got the new car at the same time. Seemed all was good, but that was the beginning of the problems. We had to call and talk with driveway constantly to have any idea what was going on with paperwork, license plates, title and registration. Every time we called magically nothing had been done because they needed some other document that they had just chosen not to tell us about previously. This went on for months. We'd call "we'll have someone get back to you right away" then nothing. Call again "oh, they didn't get back to you because we need X". It took months to finally get the plates/title. The car was undriveable as the temp tags expired a month after we got the car and we still haven't received the refund for that first down-payment. These people suck to work with. More

I purchased a vehicle from Driveway less than a week ago. The vehicle was from a dealership in upstate NY. When my vehicle arrived 4 days ago, the rear bumper was dented and taillight cracked. Vehicle also h The vehicle was from a dealership in upstate NY. When my vehicle arrived 4 days ago, the rear bumper was dented and taillight cracked. Vehicle also had tears in upholstery which wasn’t disclosed by dealership. I contacted Driveway and initially, they offered me $800 but the replacement bumper and taillight would be $1464. After pleading my case and going back and forth with numbers, Isaac from Driveway offered to cover the expenses to fix vehicle. I believe we both won. I didn’t have to go through hassle of returning car and they saved a lot of money just in shipping costs alone. I encourage Driveway to do what Carvana and Vroom do by pointing out all the cosmetic issues with the vehicle and allow the buyer to make an informed decision instead of shocking the buyer with a damaged vehicle that arrives at their home.
