Hi Dave, Please attach a screenshot of this review for reference to an email addressed to customercare@driveway.com. We need to know the purchaser's complete vehicle and contact information whether its your daughter or another party. In the message field, disclose the order or vehicle VIN number, full first and last name, and primary phone number. Upon receipt of these details, this feedback will be attached to the customer's case with our DMV team alerted to provide a status update and ETA of delivery.

Ok Christina told be today 2/2 but 2/5. 2/5 is a Sunday. Is this DMV Documents ready to turn in to get a tag or tag is in the mail?

I guess you are not going to answer the question. You have 30 days in the state of Georgia to produce a tag. You are in gross violation of this law. Here is the Deal. You have until Monday 6 Feb to produce a tag. We will fill a complaint with the Georgia Sec of State. We will file a claim against your bond company

The necessary work is indeed taking place as our third party processor provided another update after corresponding with the DMV field office in your county. Our agent Christina has led the charge keeping in contact since escalation and will continue to monitor the progress here until completion.

Ya that what everyone at driveway says should be done by early next week but no guarantee. They dont want to follow up with you in regards too compensation for the vehicle sitting a whole month... Christina is supposedly my agent im not even aware who this is... All driveway does too people is lie day after day... But there sure real fast at responding too reviews.... I want a update from 3rd party on where process is but can't even get that... Also o have too get vehicle inspected once its registered i also want compensation for that too....

Thank you, I did have the sales rep reach out finally as well as the documents “sent” yesterday, however the label was only created. I asked the contracting rep about it today, and she responded “it will deliver today, thank you”. I’m not sure if she thinks we are idiots but tracking clearly shows it has not even been picked up. My experience has not improved, and my review will not be updated until things do improve.
