After reviewing your case, we noted that you received your vehicle in September, and we were contacted in March regarding new issues. We also discovered that an additional 10,000 miles had been added to the vehicle since its purchase. While we understand your concerns, we must clarify that there is no warranty on the vehicle, and we previously addressed a battery issue as a goodwill gesture. We did apologize for the inconvenience caused and discussed your concerns directly, but as mentioned, we were unable to come to a resolution regarding repairs.
