That answers the question I had before I decided to proceed. However that doesn’t explain why I was never contacted about how to proceed since the website wouldn’t let me accept the offer. Simple communication is lacking and hasn’t improved since I first started trying to do business with Driveway over a year ago. It appears that internally the communication is as bad as with the customer.
