Communication was absolutely terrible every step of the process. Days would go by with zero updates, and the second I reached out someone would get back informing me that the next step had just been comple process. Additionally, it appears as though a rack had been installed on the vehicle at some point and the trim pieces that fit into the rails were either missing, cut or broken.
