I had a lot of difficulty with this transaction because I do not have a smart phone and had difficulty getting on the links provided and one link would keep giving me a immediate response of "Invalid respons do not have a smart phone and had difficulty getting on the links provided and one link would keep giving me a immediate response of "Invalid response" I got really frustrated and called the dealer and talked to one of the managers, I believe his name was Kenny. He said he would try to help, explained that I had not dealing with the dealership and he would see what he could do to help. Then I got a call from Deidra. Those two are the only reason I did not back out of this sale. I had been trying for 3 days to get everything done and was at the point that I was ready to just walk away. I told her I had severe hearing loss and would need her to speak slowly and loud. She did, she was patient and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel comfortable about the sale. There was no financing, no trade and no concern about the dealer service center because the car will be in Florida. Once I called the dealer and explained my frustration everything was done correctly, quickly and professionally. With that said, I would recommend this dealer. More
