I got a vehicle in fantastic condition with low mileage at an actually great price and it was delivered to my front door and arrived looking better than was I saw in the pictures. More

I had a great experience selling my car to Driveway. Very easy to follow the steps from start to closing. The only thing I would suggest, would be for them to implement a more assertive and confidence inspiring way of knowing the seller's loan will be paid off after the vehicle is picked up instead of leaving it all up to just trust and faith in the system. Meaning; They pick up your vehicle before they pay you and after that you are just supposed to trust everything else is going to be ok. In the meantime, they have your vehicle but you don't have any assurance the loan will be taken care off while you are still fully liable for the vehicle being sold. Once they figure that last part out, they will be solid. More

No pressure purchase! Communication was very good and prompt via phone and texting. Purchase was done more via texting than phone. The staff was nice, but I feel that they would do better to reduce the number of people that you have to deal with to get the purchase completed. Also, Ithey had a problem figuring the amount of taxes for m to reduce the number of people that you have to deal with to get the purchase completed. Also, Ithey had a problem figuring the amount of taxes for my state and county. I provided a link to the statute explaining how a tag transfer works but they required me to pay the extra tax stating that once the car was registered any overpayment will be refunded. We'll see. My husband and I used this place because he is out of town a lot and the time to shop for a car is hard to come by. We found a car - promised multiple delivery dates. Oh and the stress of them telling us our cell verification was 200 miles from home had to have a manager call but never did, forgetting the details of job changes, our income was not verified via W-2’s. We couldn’t secure the car without a deposit RIGHT away. We got 3 different dates for “pickup” of the car and none of those were true. Scheduled delivery from a local dealership and well I took an hour off of work to be here and it’s not here. Got 2 emails and a text for delivery - nothing. Called the local Lithia dealership and they can’t find the car. So shocking. Stay away from this place! They promise everything and deliver trash. Sitting here just wondering what the car is going to be like…probably infested with needles and has a salvage title. This place is a joke. More
