Driveway - Online Convenience Delivered

I have been waiting over two weeks to be told everyday "We are just waiting and we will call you to set up the time of delivery" this system is ridiculous. I wish I would've went with CARVANA so I knew an "We are just waiting and we will call you to set up the time of delivery" this system is ridiculous. PATRECE with the dispatch team is RUDE and CONDESCENDING she doesn't answer texts or calls you have to keep calling or texting for answer where she gives you some time of read of scripts. WORST EXPERIENCE ever, Im not even excited for my car anymore its getting more annoying my the day I'm not even able to get an eta of delivery. DON'T USE DRIVE WAY. More

I was apprehensive at first after reading some reviews but realized that those reviews were at the beginning of the company. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Got a good price for my VW. Oly complaint is that is felt slow getting the car picked up after they received paperwork. Having more steps be online would be appreciated.
