I had a great experience selling my car to Driveway. Very easy to follow the steps from start to closing. Meaning; They pick up your vehicle before they pay you and after that you are just supposed to trust everything else is going to be ok. In the meantime, they have your vehicle but you don't have any assurance the loan will be taken care off while you are still fully liable for the vehicle being sold. Once they figure that last part out, they will be solid. More

The staff was nice, but I feel that they would do better to reduce the number of people that you have to deal with to get the purchase completed. Also, Ithey had a problem figuring the amount of taxes for m to reduce the number of people that you have to deal with to get the purchase completed. Also, Ithey had a problem figuring the amount of taxes for my state and county. I provided a link to the statute explaining how a tag transfer works but they required me to pay the extra tax stating that once the car was registered any overpayment will be refunded. We'll see.
