Was fine experience but agents hardly followed up with me I had to pester them many times via SMS Email and Call I also was passed around to like 7 people but other than that not bad. At first I was a little worried about buying online like this. But the price of the vehicle was really good. The paperwork and buying process was really simple fast and easy. As I've yet to see the vehicle in person. They had the windshield put in within one day. And it was delivered to me by Phillip Yasko and Brian. (HUGE SHOUTOUT TO BOTH OF THOSE GUYS!!!) the pulled in on time answered my questions and even took the car through the car wash before it pulled in even though it looked like it was gonna storm. And lastly even filled up the tank with gas before they got here. Explained the 7 day test drive period well. And I'm extremely satisfied and will for sure use them again. Found a great car. Picking it was easy. Contracts came with barely any instructions, so insurance was switched on a different day than documents notarized all before ca Picking it was easy. Apparently this was a problem, but they didn't tell us for 6 days. So they had to resend all of the documents, We had to take time off to go to another notary, send them back. Then they sent another document that they'd forgot to include, to be signed and returned, but didn't mention this document anywhere, no instructions or explanations. Sent that back. Next day the car shows up, but with no temporary plates. Meanwhile I'm asking questions in text messages, and emails, and still no response. 5 days after the car gets here the temporary plates shows up. Still notes or comments or answers to my questions about the registration and real plates.. More
