Meaning; They pick up your vehicle before they pay you and after that you are just supposed to trust everything else is going to be ok. In the meantime, they have your vehicle but you don't have any assurance the loan will be taken care off while you are still fully liable for the vehicle being sold. Once they figure that last part out, they will be solid. More
