I would highly recommend your employees being trained in your "Availability of any particular vehicle is not guaranteed until a purchase is finalized. All of this information is publicly disclosed on our website regarding the browsing/buying process and how it works" because I was ASSURED that the vehicle would be reserved for me. I was ASSURED I would be called back today by my advisor or his supervisor. Has any of this happened? No it has not. Your customer service is poor. Why would I want to waste my time having an advisor try to find me a "comparable" vehicle if they themselves do not even know if it's available. This is 2024. When your online company sells a vehicle, secured deposit and credit they should communicate with the assigned dealership immediately so the dealer can mark it sold. It's not a hard process. My name is Robert Hoffner. Also, your website states a "$500 deposit is required to secure a vehicle". My deposit was to SECURE THE VEHICLE. Not have it sold to another customer two days later. That's two very contradicting statements, pay you to secure a vehicle but it can still be sold until.a purchase is finalized, therefore a vehicle is technically never secured until that car is delivered to your "driveway". Nifty name.
