See, I was driving an 09 Suzuki sx4 & unfortunately got done wrong & had to give it away. After, I drive rental cars for a month straight while in contact with different dealerships & I started to give up. I then found driveway! The best absolutely THE BEST company ever invented! They were able to get me approve instantly for under $1500 down!!!! You guys my credit was not the best!!! The vehicle I got delivered way sooner than expected & it’s absolutely flawless. I will use their service until I die. No lie! DIANE , KIM , NOEMI & eveyone else ! I owe you my life! From the bottom of my heart thank you & I LOVE YOU guys!! More

I had a great experience selling my vehicle through Driveway. I dealt with Raz, Henry, and Joel. Bought a car through their online affiliate "Driveway". Provided a deposit, allowed them to obtain financing, and was waiting for a delivery phone call. Instead of a delivery phone call I received a call that the van sold earlier in the day. How does it sell after I secured the vehicle? Instead I was offered a "deal" on a van with less features, 6,000 more miles and ONLY $3000 more. What a bait and switch. I'm glad I had 6 inquired on my credit, money tied up, frustration, and no van. Heck of a streamlined operation for a company with 350 plus dealerships. More
My transaction took about 3 months to complete and would’ve been beyond stressful if not for the staff. Tony, Yami, Darren, and Weeda were absolutely phenomenal. They all struck a great balance between professionalism and friendliness. Tony and Yami were the most prompt over-the-phone people I think I’ve ever done business with. Weeda Rasul, the Contract Analyst, gave clear and concise directions while also making herself available throughout the day to get things taken care of quickly. When a major hiccup came up during the delivery process, Darren was patient and able to deliver ahead of schedule. I can’t speak highly enough of these folks. They are ultimately what made my experience with Driveway a five-star one. It makes sense that buying a vehicle online is not a simple as dealerships would like to make it seem; there’s a lot of paperwork to do and I think it’d be unfair to hold any of that normal process against Driveway. I would warn any prospective buyer to be prepared for a long-winded buying process. Again, the staff are top-notch and will guide you every step of the way, but you will have lots of paperwork gathering and errands to run before you get your vehicle. Knowing that Driveway was a part of Litha Motors and that they had a solid return policy really made me feel comfortable that I wasn’t going to get ripped off. I’m inherently opposed to buying a car without having seen or tested it in person, and Driveway’s return policy set me at ease. I suppose that I technically did have to buy the vehicle before it was delivered to me, but the fact that I could return the vehicle for any reason within the allowed time/mileage was what ultimately convinced me to use the site. The vehicle that was delivered was more or less what I expected. I took it to a local mechanic to have it looked at as well and was informed that everything looked good-to-go. After having driven it around the country for the past month, I’m glad to report that Driveway sold me a working, used vehicle. I think few people enjoy going to dealerships. I certainly don’t. I think having Driveway as a legitimate option makes me very likely to use them again in the future…so long as Tony, Yami, Weeda, and Darren are still around. More
It was scary turning my 30,000 thousand dollar truck over to someone I've never meet. Turned the paperwork in they sent me, guy came at 10:30 at night n picked up our truck. I was out a truck and my title was signed over to them and no payment. Researched the company on line, and they are legit. Took 4 days but the payoff on our truck came thru. Was so relieved to see that n my account. Only thing I wish from driveway is if they had more communication with the seller. I was really stressed out several days that I was getting scammed and I would still have to pay off a truck u didn't have. All in all it was an ok experience. I wouldn't do it again. More
