Purchased a vehicle from this location through their online presence "Driveway". Vehicle was delivered damaged with the drivers headlight pushed in and bumper scratched. I sent the vehicle back for repa online presence "Driveway". Vehicle was delivered damaged with the drivers headlight pushed in and bumper scratched. I sent the vehicle back for repair. They claim it was $6,000 in repairs, then magically the cost of repair went down to $4,000.00 after being questioned. Which I find both hard to believe. As I don't see a dealership investing that amount of money on body work without hesitation. I asked for pictures of the repair afterwards and was sent pictures of the headlight area from 20 feet away. And nothing to do with the area in question. Both Alden and Na'ai were of zero help in this process. Na'ai more concerned with getting the vehicle back to me regardless if it was repaired properly. I bought a used palisade with 7k miles on it. My expectation was it would have a ding or two, maybe a faint scratch here and there. But this was just a horrible experience start to finish. I'm not saying stay away from the dealer, but use caution. I would not purchase from this dealership or driveway again. 1st picture was how it was delivered, 2nd and 3rd there so call paint work which looks like a 3 year old touched it up. More
