She was informative, clear on the steps I needed to take to finalize the deal, she answered my many questions with patience, and reassurance that my concerns were understandable but your company had already thought it all through. Best part was the smile that comes across the phone lines when we talked live. I don’t know how you recognize you exemplary employees, but Elizabeth needs to be put on the top of that list.
