Hello Management/Supervisor, I am reaching out to formally share my experience and concerns regarding my recent vehicle purchase. I purchased a vehicle from your company because I have previously formally share my experience and concerns regarding my recent vehicle purchase. I purchased a vehicle from your company because I have previously bought multiple vehicles online and have always had a smooth, stress-free experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case with your company. I received my 2021 Kia Telluride on Monday, 1/5/26, at approximately 3:30 PM. Immediately upon entering the vehicle, I noticed that the mileage was over 150 miles higher than expected, which prompted me to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. During this inspection, I observed the following issues that were not previously disclosed: - The driver-side rear window is malfunctioning and screeches when rolled up - Discoloration on the passenger headrest - Indentations in the back seat, as though heavy items had been placed there - The vehicle appears generally used, with visible dirt and grease/oil marks throughout the interior and on the leather - Temporary tags were not provided at delivery; I did not receive them until midday on 1/9/26, which was my fifth day of possession - leaving only two days remaining in the test-drive period. I was informed that I would need to take the vehicle to a Kia dealership and use the warranty to address the window issue. This is unacceptable, as the defect was not disclosed prior to purchase, and I should not be required to spend my personal time correcting an issue that existed at delivery. Additionally, prior to receiving the vehicle, I experienced issues with the handling of the $500 deposit. The representative, Breonna, advised me not to worry about the deposit and stated it would be included in the Buyer’s Order sent to my bank. However, the incorrect amount was initially sent, and my bank issued the check immediately upon receipt. The corrected Buyer’s Order was sent the following day, which resulted in me having to pay $500 out of pocket -funds I did not have readily available. This was an extremely stressful start to what I expected to be a straightforward transaction. I waited almost a week for a response from you or your team regarding these concerns. The delay in communication and resolution is disappointing and concerning. Given the issues outlined above, I ultimately made the decision to return the vehicle. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was not refunded the $2,200 shipping fee. I did not return the vehicle because of buyer’s remorse or a change of heart - I returned it because of the unacceptable condition in which it arrived. Being held responsible for such a substantial shipping cost under these circumstances feels both unfair and unreasonable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing through this company. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns has completely eroded my trust. I will not be doing business with them again. More

I got a good deal on the car that I actually wanted. I live in a state with a lot of taxes for selling a car buying a car registering a car. It’s very overwhelming. Driveway did all of that time-consuming work for me. All of the employees were an absolute pleasure to work with including Monica, Charles, Tara. As long as they are in business, I will only buy cars through Driveway. More
