Expectations greatly exceeded! Well done! I haven't purchased a car from a dealer in 24 years. I had only intended to "begin" the grueling search and struggle to obtain a much needed, reliable I haven't purchased a car from a dealer in 24 years. I truly was expecting the worst. Pushy salesmen, up-sale attempts, etc. What I experienced was the complete opposite. The sales staff was friendly and I didn't once feel "swarmed upon". I was approached by Howard "Howie" Bell and I believe he immediately understood my concerns and what I was looking for in a new, used vehicle. He was straightforward, which I require when doing business, and we were able to find the vehicle I wanted and obtain financing with extreme efficiency. Reggie was not in until later that afternoon but, Marcus was in and was so helpful to show me car after car until I picked the perfect car for me.
