Clifford took the time to show us what our trafe in value was (which ended up being better than what we thought), and giving us a monthly price that was well within our budget. He was super approachable and laidback, which made for a pleasent experience. He even moved all of our things from our old car, to our new one. I would definitely recommend him, and Driver's world, to anyone! More

Morris at Drivers World as soon as we walked through the door. I had a budget in mind and a few printed examples of the vehicles we wanted to look at. As we walked the lot my son actually picked/asked about a 2005 Honda Accord "LX" that was in the budget. In no time we took the car out for a test drive, and my son liked it. There were a couple of things/issues with the alignment and serpentine belt, that was addressed after the test drive. Those concerns were immediately taken care of by the service department within a week of owning the car, at no cost to us. The purchase process and paperwork took the usual amount of time as it would at any other time buying a car from any other dealership. It was a great experience overall. More
Just all around amazing!!! Howie was the first person to say hi to my husband and I when we came in. Within the first 10 mins we knew that we wanted to buy from Howie! He was a great salesperson. He wasn't over powering and very attentive to everything we said. It didn't take very long for him to narrow our choices down to two vehicles. After the test drive we knew that the car we bought was definitely the one. And Howie was so freaking patient with us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much Howie!!! More

Furthermore, they do not negotiate their prices. Their prices are firm and over priced. Then they want to hit you with their $600.00 processing fee even if you are paying cash for the car. The processing fee is supposed to be only if you are financing the car. They refused to lower the processing fee for a cash deal. It doesn't cost $600.00 to make a bill of sale and sign the title over to you. This is a major rip-off. And to take it a step further, They do not give you a good warranty. I will never go there again. Go to a real car dealership and you will get a much better deal by a professional sales person who will work with you on the price and a real warranty. Anyone that writes a good review on this page must be working for Drivers World. More

Thomas showed me a few vehicles, and he was awesome. Very proactive. The prices of used vehicles I looked at on their website were also under the estimated true market value on edmunds.com. I didn't buy from them, but only because I had a specific car in mind, and they didn't happen to have one in my price and mileage range. I really wish it was there, though, because I would have loved to have bought from them. If you do go to them, and I really recommend you do, definitely ask for Thomas. Dude's a people person for sure. More

They tried to sell an extremely overpriced warranty but we're worried that financing wouldn't be approved. The warranty was 20% of the vehicles value. No communication between sales and finance and nothing done timely. Twice I had an appointment scheduled to get paperwork completed and went in and the finance manager was over 30 minutes late. Terrible follow up. Terrible customer service. If you are looking for hassle free and no haggle pricing like drivers world is supposed to do. You are better off at Carmax. Same setup better selection and NO HASSLE! More
