service maintenance. Robert was my service cont this time. I have been a customer of Doxon for many years. Everyone I've dealt with has always been pleasant and helpful. They have always been ready for my car and timely in completing the work that was needed. Any problems found were noted and explained to me. Just a while back I had run over a big hump and I was afraid I may have damaged something under the car. . I stopped in (with no appoint) and ask them to check and see if I'd done any damage to the underneath the car. They understood my concerns, checked everything out for me, and were able to give solve my fears by giving the car gave the car a clean bill of health and didn't charge me for the interruption of their schedule. Can't remember who helped in the service dept. that day. More
Waited way too long I enquired about my car through costco and was recommended to Doxon Toyota. I initially hoped that our vehicle was available at the lot upon arrival b I enquired about my car through costco and was recommended to Doxon Toyota. I initially hoped that our vehicle was available at the lot upon arrival but it wasn't instead, the online sales staff named Jordan, suggested we order the car we wanted from the factory. With $500 down, we were assured by Jordan, that our car would be available within 30-35 days. Eithy days later from March 11th-May30th, we finally got our car. There were communications during the wait mostly initiated by me but it was still too long from what I was told. Finally, after making an appointment to pick up our car after work. We waited another three hours to finally see a financial officer because he was the only one available at the time. These are the reasons why I will not be recommending this dealership to others. On a positive note, the sales staff Armando Chavez, was very helful. He did an excellent job explaining all the options on our car. He made sure all our paperwork were complete and ready to go and answered all the questions we had regarding our car. I wished that our experience with Doxon Toyota, was a little better than what we experienced. But at the end of all the long wait, I am thankful for my car. Have a blessed day! More

I have been using Doxon's for about 27 years, so I think that speaks volumes for the quality of product and service. 26+ years ago I bought a slightl I have been using Doxon's for about 27 years, so I think that speaks volumes for the quality of product and service. 26+ years ago I bought a slightly used Camry from the best car salesman. I feared because the previous owners had traded it in after having it less than a year, that I was getting a lemon. So wrong! What it car it was! I honestly can't imagine a car performing any better. Maintenance and normal, inexpensive wear and tear. Not a single major issue. If this Avalon performs half as well, I will be one very happy camper. Service has always exceeded expectations. And 1 of the service guys has been there as long as I can remember. That also speaks volumes. Good product and good service is why I came back for the Avalon. Only area I feel is maybe average and could be improved is sales. The Camry sale was a dream experience. However the Avalon sales team not so much. The salesman who helped me most was good, but I did not like being turned over to the sales manager. He was sleazy and not very knowledgable. I believe these salesmen should be empowered to take the sale from start to finish. A friend who accompanied me was also looking at buying a Toyota (and so far he has only had a Ford). The sales manager turned him off too. My friend is still looking at Toyotas, but not at Doxon's for that reason. I tried to convince him the sale is one not so good part but OVERALL, THE DOXON EXPERIENCE IS FIRST CLASS! More

Safety is Highest Priority Had some warning lights and funny sounds. Suspect brakes, which was the case, but service also found my timing belt way overdue. Rodent chewed wires on my Sequoia. Arrived at service first thing in the morning after starting that morning and several dash warning lights on. Kevin said he would see what he could do and provided me a loaner car. Called later in the afternoon and Sequoia was ready. Didn't get the oil change done that day but came back the next week without an appointment and Kevin worked it in even though no more walk ins being taken. Kevin did an excellent job taking care of me. More
