Requested the headlights to be replaced, but it wasn't changed at all! I requested the headlights to be changed and skip the diagnostic after 3hrs waiting. I spoke to one guy at service rep because the ladies take their lunch time. In the end, he ended up pull my car without the light changed although I clearly mentioned "to skip diagnosed but I need the headlights changed". What a horrible service he did. More
