Supposed to 18,000 mile service which is what I requested/selected when I made the appointment online. I was physically at the location for 2 hours waiting for my vehicle service to be completed. requested/selected when I made the appointment online. When I reviewed the paperwork that evening, it showed only a standard oil change was done and nothing else. My warranty requires prompt service which they were contracted to perform and did not. I have emailed two times regarding this and have received no response email or phone call. Not impressed by them - seems to be getting worse at this place. Employees were walking around snacking and talking to co-workers instead of productively working. Then I see the service I was there for was not even performed - total waste of time and now have very little confidence in their team. More
After having been frustrated at another dealership ( in El Monte) I brought my Hyundai Sonata in for an oil consumption test and found Downey Hyundai to be so much better. Even though I didn't have a El Monte) I brought my Hyundai Sonata in for an oil consumption test and found Downey Hyundai to be so much better. Even though I didn't have a scheduled appt, I did an after hours drop off of my car on the weekend. Downey fitted me in on Monday and notified me promptly when the job was done. This was so much easier than El Monte. I should have started at Downey in the first place. More
They kept my car for almost 3 months and we’re not communicative. I picked up the car twice and twice it stalled on me. On the upside they did provide me with a loaner. My car was finally fixed.
