I was disappointed on my first service at Downey. I been waiting for 5 hours just because my car got recalled. 4 hours past by I l went to asked the lady that help me in the beginning. She said the computer was stop and they have to do again. That’s kinda understand. My 5 hours past by my car was arrived with car wash. I mean soaking car with no wipe. How did professional dealers let it happened. No wipe on my car. If you need to do car wash please do it right. To be considered me about next time service with Downey dealer. More

The overall experience was satisfactory. This marked the second occasion I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall. During my initial appointment, which was specifically scheduled for this p This marked the second occasion I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall. During my initial appointment, which was specifically scheduled for this purpose, the dealer was unable to perform the necessary updates due to a lack of the required software. It would have been beneficial if this information had been communicated at the time of scheduling. Fortunately, they had the software available during my second visit, and the update was completed successfully. However, I do have a concern regarding the air quality within the building. As someone with asthma, I found it troubling that an employee on the sales side was burning incense and dispersing smoke throughout the premises. This is particularly problematic for individuals with respiratory conditions. Given the cold weather, waiting outside was not a viable option, and the smoke exacerbated my lung irritation. I was grateful to have my inhaler on hand to assist with my breathing. It may be advisable for the dealership to consider sending out a communication regarding air quality and the potential impact on customers with respiratory issues. More
