Not happy with last four visits to your service on my car, the same issue has been causing my motor to run bad. I've had two catalytic converters go out due to bad coils and plugs. I pulled into the service drive to enquire about repairing my Elantra, the service writer wouldnt come out to greet me, they sent a girl out to ask me what kind of service i needed and then told me repairing my Elantra, the service writer wouldnt come out to greet me, they sent a girl out to ask me what kind of service i needed and then told me " we cant help you today". I went back a week later and was told the same thing. every service writer at that dealershop is overweight and doesnt bother to get off of their fat xxx to help customers.
