Morning drop off person was nice, informative and professional. I notified him that I can pick up probably at lunch or after work. Finally the one who greeted me assisted me instead of waiting and waiting. Then, at 8:35am the next day, I got called asking for my payment even though I already paid for it at pick up. Someone messed up and lost my payment receipt/record. Good thing I took pictures of the papers that night for my own records. I never had a dealer (Honda/Lexus) call me to pay them again for something I already paid for. There were 2 people talking behind the cashier, 1 person waiting for me and the lady finish the paperworks. So, why did I get a call for my payment again? More
