Great service, friendly and efficient staff. I'm only giving 4 stars though, because they somehow tore the upholstery on my shift knob and didn't say anything about it. I had to point it out to them and advise that it was not damaged like that before I brought my car in. They weren't able to fix the upholstery on the shift knob, but they tried. It was just unusual that they didn't say anything about it ahead of time. I've never experienced anything like this the other times I've brought my car here. I would still recommend them to friends/family. More

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in for repair, they kept it for more than a month and never even touched it. Service manager Erica promised to call me numerous times a I took my car in for repair, they kept it for more than a month and never even touched it. Service manager Erica promised to call me numerous times and then never called. I had to call constantly for updates, all of which were BS because she just kept claiming the part was back ordered, funny that Riverside Hyundai was able to get the part and my car fixed within a week. Absolutely horrible customer service. I’d never take my car or purchase one from this dealer and trust I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this dealer as well. More
