Terrible communication with their customers. They had my car in their shop for days without letting me know what was happening to my car. I do not recommend this location at all! Isaac was great, he explained things well to me and made me feel comfortable with the services being provided to my vehicle. The only disappointment was that I needed an Uber ride home and apparently the de me feel comfortable with the services being provided to my vehicle. Communication is horrible for many reasons. I’ll just give one reason of the bad communication. I was told my car would be ready by 2:00 to 2:30pm, I arrived at 3:00pm they said 15 more minutes I’ll just give one reason of the bad communication. I was told my car would be ready by 2:00 to 2:30pm, I arrived at 3:00pm they said 15 more minutes but the car was ready by 4:40pm. It took 25 minutes to move my car from one lot to the other. They never came to me to let me know it’s going to be a little longer or anything. I had to keep going to them to ask what’s going on. More
