Whenever I need work on my Tucson I call Jaclyn. She has been my service advisor since 2018. Jaclyn is quite knowledgeable on products & service. She explains in a manner that I can understand. Nice dealership. I took my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport because of a check engine light which was something with the knocking sensor and Ericka from the service departme I took my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport because of a check engine light which was something with the knocking sensor and Ericka from the service department took over/action on the issue.The same day in the afternoon she contacted me said that my vehicle engine wasn't good so needed to get replace.In 3 weeks a got my vehicle back running with a new motor.I think that was pretty quick.Thanks to Ericka my problem got fixed quick and fast.😀 More
