Terrible communication with their customers. They had my car in their shop for days without letting me know what was happening to my car. I do not recommend this location at all! Isaac was great, he explained things well to me and made me feel comfortable with the services being provided to my vehicle. The only disappointment was that I needed an Uber ride home and apparently the de me feel comfortable with the services being provided to my vehicle. Communication is horrible for many reasons. I’ll just give one reason of the bad communication. I was told my car would be ready by 2:00 to 2:30pm, I arrived at 3:00pm they said 15 more minutes I’ll just give one reason of the bad communication. They never came to me to let me know it’s going to be a little longer or anything. I had to keep going to them to ask what’s going on. More
I would not recommend going to this Hyundai to get your car serviced. They charge way more than the other Hyundai around the area. I brought my car in on a Saturday because my car would not start and Jacly car serviced. They charge way more than the other Hyundai around the area. I brought my car in on a Saturday because my car would not start and Jaclyn Fernandes told me that the diagnostic would be done on Monday. I contacted her on Monday for the status of my car and she said they still didn’t get the diagnostic done. So Tuesday comes and I called and a different worker told me that my car was finished. I took an Uber with my own money only to find out that my car was in fact not done and still the diagnostic was not done yet. I asked if I could get a rental car since I need a car for work but Jaclyn said I can only get a rental once the diagnostic was done. I’m just confused why it takes so long to get a diagnosis. Finally, I call back around 5pm and told Jaclyn was busy with another client so I would get a call back. It was almost closing time and I get a call from her. She said she got the diagnostic and I approved to have them service my car for the spark plugs and coils. But I still do not know why or where the oil leak was which was the cause for the damage on the spark plus and coils. I wish I got a better explanation from her because when I go to a different Hyundai they always explains things so it’s easy to understand. Jaclyn also said I needed my front brakes replaced but after going to a different Hyundai, that was false. I cannot trust this place because why did I get charged so much for the labor fee when my car was only worked on for one day. I feel like they just charged me for how long my car was there instead of the actual time period my car was getting serviced. When I got my spark plugs and coils replaced at a different Hyundai, I was only charged $160 for the labor but here in Downey I was charged $630 for the same service. It is such a scam. I would have wanted better communication for Jaclyn. Sometimes I would text her and she would not reply until hours later or not reply at all so I would have to call. I will not be coming back here to get my car serviced ever again. More
