The service team wasn’t able to figure out why the brakes made a squeaky sound sometimes. It comes on/off. And after the car was serviced it was returned dirty. I just bought the car 2.5 months ago and it is made a squeaky sound sometimes. It comes on/off. And after the car was serviced it was returned dirty. Coffee machine was broken, tv is just going off and you can’t control what you’re watching and the volume. If a customer is going to wait 2 hours there should be either a provision of a loaner car or the waiting area amenities need to improve. More
