Service took a little longer than portrayed. Was told 2 hrs or less vs 2.5 hrs on what it actually was. Nobody explained to me exactly what was done or what changes I’d see or come to expect. I came in for complimentary maintenance and was told my tires would get rotated as well. Tires were not rotated.
