If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my car in for service as the usb connector was not working. The person who assisted me, Christian Estrada, told me it would cost me $300 so th I took my car in for service as the usb connector was not working. The person who assisted me, Christian Estrada, told me it would cost me $300 so they could replace it with a new part. I was hesitant at first, but then agreed. I assumed I had to make another appointment for them to get the new part. However, he said they could have it done in 30 minutes since they had a new part there. So I left my car and once I went back to pick it up, I asked him to give me the old part. He went to get it and took a really long time. Once he came back he confessed that it wasn’t a new part and they had just reconstructed the old part. I am very upset that he lied and charged me so much for something that he failed to do. I would like to speak to the manager about this matter and make it right. More
This leadership goes above and beyond compare to the competition.I am not coming back to the prior dealerships where I used to take my car. Since I have had my toyota I been to 2 other dealers for service and didn't go back because of the poor service. i went to service my elantra at the same dealership that i purchased it, & was told that they didn't state the engine issues prior to my purchase . they continued to tell me i needed to get a specific ser i purchased it, & was told that they didn't state the engine issues prior to my purchase . they continued to tell me i needed to get a specific service (engine sludge removal) even though it was not my fault & that i had to PAY FOR IT , otherwise, the engine might be damaged & won't be covered by the warranty, nor the extended warranty that i pay for to this day ! the only advice they gave me was to get the oil changed more frequently than otherwise recommended . terrible service dept. & even worse sales dept. for selling me a faulty car. i want my money back !
