I have purchased several vehicles From this dealership in the past and have now had a very bad experience with the service department. The person that was helping me with my vehicle originally said my vehicle was going to be fixed in 4 days and after that 4 days I called almost every day and could never get ahold of her. When I spoke to someone else they would tell me she would call me back and never did. After 2-1/2 weeks I finally received a call that my vehicle was ready. When I went to pick it up I was told that it was something completely different from the first call I received. And the part that was bad was a sensor that was bad. Needless to say I was very disappointed. More

Jaclyn helped me out with my car problem and she was very polite, caring and professional. I car was fixed at no charge which was awesome. The only reason I didn't give the dealership a perfect score was because they took a long time to give me my vehicle that day when I came to pick it up. They had me wait outside for about 25 minutes. Also it felt awkward, seeing a lady argue with the supervisor outside, right in front of me. Other than that the service was great👍 More
