The service team wasn’t able to figure out why the brakes made a squeaky sound sometimes. It comes on/off. And after the car was serviced it was returned dirty. I just bought the car 2.5 months ago and it is made a squeaky sound sometimes. It comes on/off. And after the car was serviced it was returned dirty. I just bought the car 2.5 months ago and it is disappointing to see how I was treated. The waiting area sucked. Coffee machine was broken, tv is just going off and you can’t control what you’re watching and the volume. If a customer is going to wait 2 hours there should be either a provision of a loaner car or the waiting area amenities need to improve. More
My appointment was during the remodel , The employees outside were friendly and attentive . The person assisting me inside seem overwhelmed and I had to wait while he was on the phone for a while, The sm outside were friendly and attentive .
