Service rep was a nice & professional young lady. Service manager was most unhelpful. Requested tire rotation listed on service to be performed was not done. Manager said because visual look at tires said they all looked the same:-( . Navagation update was not done. Excuses were .. must be done by sales …or my Hyundai account app gave directions to get a flash drive and work it out on line … neither were true - still getting nav system pop up. No service date or mileage was set up in my notification system. Finally I was told that this was my last new Hyundai vehicle complimentary service - which was at 18K miles & 15 months …not Hyundai’s promised 36K miles or 36 months.
