I arrived on time and waited for my agent to come back to her desk while another employee brought another customer who arrived after me straight to my agents desk which then put me behind on being helped by her desk while another employee brought another customer who arrived after me straight to my agents desk which then put me behind on being helped by almost an hour. My agent offered me a rental while waiting for my car and I asked how long my service would be and my agent said 2 hrs likely since it was a busy day. My service ended up being a 5 hour wait which I stayed for because I wasn't given any updates on time. I did need a new tire which I agreed to get after the initial check in but no updates on timing Andy agents was g at her desk so I could ask her for updates. More
