When I arrived at the parking lot no one even greeted me or attempted to check in my appointment. Employees were just sitting around talking and I had to awkwardly wait in front of their tent & let them fin or attempted to check in my appointment. Employees were just sitting around talking and I had to awkwardly wait in front of their tent & let them finish their conversation to get them to acknowledge me. Assistant service manager was not great at communicating. I constantly had to reach out to them after days of no contact or updates regarding my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle it had barely been moved & therefore I'm not confident in their diagnosis. Overall, I've had better experiences at other dealerships. Completely lacked professionalism & I felt dismissed as a customer. More
