Newly remodeled facility; clean; bright. I wish they explain if they have done any overall inspections such as brakes, fluid levels, tires, etc. - as most other car dealerships do. This is the 3rd time I take my car in for the same issue. I needed a loaner car to go to work. I was told they can give me a loaner once they find out what is wrong with my car. I brought my car there 2 weeks for for check engine light and they said there was no problem. I also said last year that the windshield fluid reservoir is leaking and they said it is not. Now 2 weeks have and they said there was no problem. I also said last year that the windshield fluid reservoir is leaking and they said it is not. Now 2 weeks have gone by, and my car is shaking. The windshield fluid was replaced last week, and now it is empty. Hopefully they address this accordingly next week! More
For some reason, there was only one guy that could tell me what was going on with my car. I was told it would be ready around 12:30, but that he would call me. So I took it to go home. And then waited and waited. Around 2:30, I called and they said my guy was out to lunch and he would be back at 3:20. I called back and he was with a customer (I'M a customer!), and that he would call me back in 3-5 minutes. I had plans that night and I needed my car so eventually I just got a Lyft back to the dealership - which cost $50 because it was Friday afternoon and surge pricing!! I waited and waited and finally someone else was able to get me my car back. He said he thought it had just been finished - but why was that the case when it was like 5 pm at this point and my paperwork said I'd have it back by 12:30 pm. Incredibly frustrating experience. The service department corrected the 2 recalled issues within a couple of hours. My issues has more to do with the company as a whole. Due to their failure to accept the issue for many months, many fam within a couple of hours. My issues has more to do with the company as a whole. Due to their failure to accept the issue for many months, many families unfortunately had their vehicle stolen. I personally had my vehicle stolen twice in less than 1 year. This has cost me thousands of dollars along with the loss of invaluable items my children kept in the car as well as the stress and inconvenience of having to deal with your vehicle being stolen. To make this worst, when my car was at the dealer I asked if I could have my vehicle checked for an oil light that was turning on/off randomly. I was told they would have to charge me a diagnostic fee, which I understand the reasoning behind it, but you would expect a company who cares about its customers would be willing to do this as a complimentary service for the issues their vehicle has caused as well as the amount of time I have had to take out of my day and family to deal with the thefts and recalls. More
